A luxury collection of five bespoke apartments will be built on a popular stretch of Adelaide’s beachfront – and keen buyers can already snap them up.
Solis will tower three storeys over Somerton Park’s coveted Golden Mile at 41 Esplanade.
The limited collection of five two, three and four-bedroom boutique apartments – including two top level penthouses – have just hit the market with $4m price guides.
While they can already be purchased off-the-plan, construction is not due to start until 2027 with completion expected in 2028.
The apartments range in size, with the two-bedroom offerings having 200sqm of living space while the three and four-bedrooms have 370sqm.

Each one comes with two secure carparking spaces, while two of the apartments have three.
The ground floor residence also has a private landscaped courtyard with the option of having a plunge pool.
Semble Property – which recently finished the award-winning Salt on Fleurieu project at Aldinga Beach – is developing the apartments, which have been designed by SMFA and will be built by BLAG.
Director at Semble Property Sophie Laundy said all three teams worked closely together to create residences that feel genuinely unique to that specific part of the coast.

“Some of the most beautiful apartment buildings in the country are on the eastern seaboard, particularly in Queensland, and we wanted to bring that same level of design ambition to Adelaide’s beachside,” she said.
“Solis is about softness and texture: curved forms, natural stone, aluminium timber look cladding and generous planting that cascades from the balconies.
“We wanted a building that responds to its coastal setting and gives something back to the streetscape, rather than one that simply sits on it.”

Ms Laundy said the apartments would capitalise on their rare position, which was what attracted them to the site.
“To the north, the Esplanade curves back, creating uninterrupted sea views, even from the rear of the site,” she said.
“Sites like this rarely come up on this stretch of coastline so we wanted to create homes that truly make the most of its incredible aspect.”
Noakes Nickolas director Simon Noakes is selling the apartments with Alicia Nickolas.
